Ingredients:
1 (12-ounce) can albacore tuna in water, drained and flaked
3/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup minced sweet onion
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped bottled roasted red bell peppers
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in a medium bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
