Pair this classic tuna salad with whole-grain crackers or warm pita wedges, or serve as a filling for wraps and pita pockets. Ingredients:
1 (12-ounce) can albacore tuna in water, drained and flaked |
3/4 cup finely chopped celery |
1/2 cup minced sweet onion |
1/3 cup light mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons chopped bottled roasted red bell peppers |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
Directions:
