Very delicious light soup Ingredients:
4 cups chicken broth (i use low sodium) |
1 cup tomato juice |
2 garlic cloves, smashed (but still whole) |
3 teaspoons sugar |
1/3 cup dry white wine |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except wine in a saucepan. 2. Bring to boil over medium heat and simmer 5 minutes. 3. Remove garlic, add wine, and serve. |
