Simple Tomato and Cucumber Sandwich |

This is such a simple recipe. It tastes even better with fresh, home grown veggies, but store bought will do in you don't have anything else. Ingredients:
1 sliced cucumber |
1 sliced tomato |
3 tablespoons mayonnaise |
4 slices bread |
1 dash salt |
1 dash pepper |
Directions:
1. Toast bread (if desired). 2. Put mayo on slices of bread. 3. Layer with Cucumber slices. 4. Sprinkle Salt and Pepper, if desired. 5. Layer with tomato slices. 6. Put on the top piece of bread, and cut. 7. Enjoy! |
