Simple Tex Mex Chimichurri |

A great additive for grilled chicken, fish, and of course beef. Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped cilantro |
3/4 cup chopped italian parsley |
3 garlic cloves |
1/2 cup red wine vinegar |
1/3 cup olive oil |
1 serrano pepper (for a milder taste substitute a seeded and ribbed jalapeno.) |
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon cumin |
1 teaspoon season salt |
Directions:
1. Simply add all ingredients to food processor a puree to a consistency much like pesto. Enjoy on grilled meats or even pastas. |
