Simple Sweet and Salty Corn Soup |

A quick and easy recipe that my kids and I enjoy so much. Its sweet and salty at the same time. Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter |
1 (8 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained |
1 -1 1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1 cup milk |
1/4 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a small pot. 2. Pour in can of drained corn. 3. Add salt and pepper. 4. Pour in milk. 5. Add sugar. 6. Cook for about 5 minutes or until it starts to bubble. 7. Your soup is done. 8. For added goodness, place a slice of bread in the bottom of your bowl and pour soup over bread. It makes the bread soggy and delicious - almost dough-like. 9. Enjoy! |
