An easy and fast way to make a beautiful dessert. Ingredients:
2 cups strawberries, halved |
3 tbsp sugar |
1/2 cup sour cream, light |
1 1/2 cups cool whip, thawed |
Directions:
1. Combine the strawberries and sugar in a blender and process until 2. smooth. (I use my hand-held blender.) 3. Combine strawberry puree and sour cream in a large bowl, stirring well with a whisk. 4. Fold whipped topping into strawberry mixture. 5. Spoon into 6 (6-ounce) custard cups. 6. Cover and place in freezer for 4 hours or until firm. |
