Simple Southwestern Chicken Sandwiches

The perfect recipe for a simple, quick supper that tastes great! Use all of the options to create a sandwich you'll want to make again and again!
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 boneless chicken breast halves (4 oz. each)
8 slices colby-monterey jack cheese
8 slices sourdough bread (thick sliced)
1/2 cup salsa (optional)
sour cream (optional)
guacamole (optional)
Directions:
1. In a small bowl comebine oil and seasonings brush on chicken breast.
2. GRILL Covered over medium heat 6-8 minutes on each side till juice runs clear.
3. Combine 1 cup cheese and mayoniase; Set aside.
4. Grill bread slices on one side till brown
5. Spread with cheese mixture grill untill cheese is melted. (if you opted for sliced cheese, simply place cheese on top of bread)
6. Place chicken on four slices of bread.
7. Top with your favorite condiments and remaining bread cheese side down.
