These sandwiches will be a winner with the family for their flavor and with Mom for their ease! Ingredients:
1 pound ground chuck |
1 onion, chopped |
1 cup catsup |
1/4 cup water |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
6 to 8 sandwich buns |
Directions:
1. Cook ground chuck and onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring until beef crumbles and is no longer pink; drain. Stir in catsup, water, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; simmer 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Spoon onto buns. |
