1/2 cup fat-free buttermilk |
1/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise |
1/2 teaspoon celery salt |
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
12 cups thinly sliced green cabbage |
1/2 cup finely chopped green onions |
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients, stirring with a whisk. Place cabbage and onions in a large bowl. Spoon buttermilk mixture over cabbage; toss to coat. |
