A delightfully easy way to prepare flavorful salmon. This quick-fix recipe is from Rev. Paul Buckwalter of Tucson, AZ. The words are his! Ingredients:
1 -1 1/2 lb fresh salmon |
extra virgin olive oil |
fresh dill, chopped |
pepper (white or black) |
1 little thyme |
1 garlic clove (may use more, to taste) |
1/4 lb fresh mushrooms (may use more, to taste) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Cover salmon lightly with a first-rate olive oil and sprinkle to your heart's content with the dill pepper and thyme. Cover lightly with ground, very fresh garlic. 3. Place salmon in a baking dish with sides. Along the side, in the baking pan, lay the fresh mushrooms, cut, next to the salmon. 4. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes (or so). |
