Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened |
1/2 cup powdered sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 1/4 cups flour |
Directions:
1. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. 2. Blend in vanilla. 3. Add 2 cups flour, 1 cup at a time. 4. Roll out on floured surface; cut into 2 inch squares. 5. Put on ungreased cookie sheet; prick the tops with a fork. 6. Bake at 325* for 25 minutes or until top is very light brown. |
