Ingredients:
12 ounce(s) thin noodles, cooked and drained
1/4 cup(s) soy sauce
2 tablespoon(s) sugar
4 clove(s) garlic, minced
2 tablespoon(s) rice vinegar
3 tablespoon(s) sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon(s) hot chili oil
4 tablespoon(s) veg oil
4 green onions, sliced
Directions:
1. whisk all ingredients (except noodles and green onions) together in a bowl - taste and adjust ingredients as needed
2. pour sauce over warm noodles and toss to coat
3. sprinkle with green onions and toss
