1/4 cup(s) soy sauce |
2 tablespoon(s) sugar |
4 clove(s) garlic, minced |
2 tablespoon(s) rice vinegar |

1/2 teaspoon(s) hot chili oil |
4 tablespoon(s) veg oil |
4 green onions, sliced |
Directions:
1. whisk all ingredients (except noodles and green onions) together in a bowl - taste and adjust ingredients as needed 2. pour sauce over warm noodles and toss to coat 3. sprinkle with green onions and toss |
