Use this marinade with many types of seafood. Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil |
2 tbsp rice vinegar |
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar |
1 tbsp lime juice |
1 tsp dried chives |
1 tsp dried dill weed |
1 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning |
1/4 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix well. 2. Marinade 1-2 pounds of any seafood a least 4 hours. 3. Grill or broil seafood until done. |
