Sweet breakfasts are a once in a while thing, here .... most given days, I'm more likely to grab a bagel and fruit and call it done. I didn't come up with this combo, it's just one of those Oh, this was good, you should try it and post it. Read more . So, I did....this was a great breakfast and will become a regular. Ingredients:
1 bagel per person |
soft or whipped cream cheese |
1 large hard boiled egg per person, sliced |
couple thin sliced premium salami or similar sausage |
cayenne pepper |
kosher or sea salt(i like a lil coarser grain.... like pretzel salt) |
Directions:
1. Lightly toast bagel and spread with the cream cheese. 2. Sprinkle a lil salt and cayenne on top of that. 3. Add the slices of egg and salami |
