                    Making your own Satay sauce is so easy. This recipe goes so well with chicken or beef on skewers! Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter  |  
                                                1/2 cup coconut milk  |  
                                                1/4 cup water  |  
                                                2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce  |  
                                                2 teaspoons curry powder  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan over a low heat and stir until smooth and heated through. Remove from heat. 2.
