red leaf lettuce
romaine lettuce
green leaf lettuce
green onions
tomatoes
cucumbers
yellow pepper
strawberries
balsamic vinegar
extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
1. Place a mound of the variety of lettuces on the plate as a bed for other ingredients
2. Add a generous slice of yellow pepper
3. Add tomato slices on top
4. Place fresh cucumber and strawberries alongside
5. The dressing is a simple mixture of balsamic vinegar with extra virgin olive oil
