Here is a different rice pudding recipe using instant vanilla pudding. Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked rice |
2 cups water |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding |
4 cups cold milk |
Directions:
1. Cook rice in water and salt as directed on package. 2. Cool. 3. Mix pudding and cold milk as directed on box. 4. Add cooled rice and mix well. 5. Refrigerate until ready to serve. |
