Simple Rice Breakfast

A quick recipe I made on the fly with what I had at hand.
Ingredients:
1 cup brown rice
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups water
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 sheet nori
2 teaspoons soy sauce
Directions:
1. Combine rice, water and butter in rice cooker and turn on.
2. After rice is done cooking, crack and beat the eggs. Pour on top and leave for 1 minute.
3. Plate it, shred the nori over it and toss with soy sauce.
