A quick, yet elegant way to enjoy a nice dessert. Ingredients:
1 pint raspberry sherbet |
4 ounces grand marnier or 4 ounces blue curacao |
4 lemon cookies (optional) |
Directions:
1. Place a half cup of sherbert in a dessert cup. 2. Pour and ounce of liquor over the sherbert. 3. Stick a cookie off to the side of the sherbert, if using. |
