Three ingredients + water. Easy! Ingredients:
1 lb raisins (3c) |
2 1/2 cups water |
2/3 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup cider vinegar |
Directions:
1. Soak raisins in water for 2 hours. 2. Boil slowly for 30 minutes or until liquid is reduced by half. 3. Add sugar and vinegar. 4. Cook on low for 45 more minutes. 5. Serve hot on ham. |
