Ingredients:
1 cup quinoa
2 cups water
1 tsp salt
Directions:
1. Rinse and soak the Quinoa for about 45 minutes. Drain.
2. Bring water to a boil, add salt.
3. Add quinoa to boiling water, bring to a simmer, let cook until the seeds are soft and edible.
4. Enjoy!
