A simple, easy, tasty way to make portobellos. Ingredients:
1 lb portabella mushroom, sliced about 1/2 inch thick |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
garlic powder |
salt |
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Wash and drain portobellos. 2. Toss with the olive oil. 3. Arrange in single layer in baking pan. 4. Sprinkle with garlic powder and salt. 5. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. 6. Sprinkle with Parmesan while still hot. 7. Serve while hot, enjoy. |
