From my college days... I have used this recipe with mini loaf pans as a home baked holiday gift. Ingredients:
1 lemon cake mix |
1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding |
4 eggs |
1 cup water |
1/4 cup oil |
1/4 cup poppy seed |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F Grease and flour either one large or two medium bread pans. 2. Mix cake mix, pudding, oil, water and eggs together. Batter will be a little lumpy. 3. Stir in poppy seed. Pour into prepared pans. Bake for 30 minutes or until center is set. |
