Ingredients:
3 cups cornmeal
3 sliced onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 t sage
4 cups water
Directions:
1. Sauté onion, garlic, and sage. Add water and bring to a boil. Stream in cornmeal with a whisk. Add more water if needed. Cook for about 10-20 minutes. Spread out on cookie sheet. Let cool. Refrigerate for an hour or so. Divide up. Grill!
