My creation .... Dis goes well with any flavoured rice . When you are short of yogurt to prepare raita .... this is the one for you !!! Ingredients:
1 can pineapple rings , squeezed with abit pressure and drained |
1 big onion , diced |
1 almost ripen big tomato , diced |
1 big red chilli , seed removed sliced chunk |
dash of black pepper |
Directions:
1. Slice the pineapple rings big . 2. Throw into the salad bowl along with everything else. 3. Chill until served . |
