Disgusting title, but I got this recipe from and it's so easy and tasty. Great for a snack or a party appetizer. Ingredients:
1 pint cherry tomatoes |
1 container herb-and-garlic cream cheese |
Directions:
1. Core and drain tomatoes. 2. Fill with cream cheese. You can use full-fat or low-fat. 3. Before serving, squeeze each tomato a little bit to make the filling ooze out the top a bit. |
