This sweet, nutty and spicy sauce can be served with a variety of dishes including chicken, pork or prawn satay. Ingredients:
14 ounces coconut milk |
1 lb crushed roasted peanuts |
10 1/2 ounces sushi vinegar |
1 lb superfine sugar |
1 1/2 tablespoons red curry paste |
2 tablespoons fish sauce |
Directions:
1. Blend all the ingredients together in the blender until smooth, leave in fridge to set. |
