These are the perfect mashed potatoes to bring to a party. They are a hit with kids and adults alike. Ingredients:
8 -10 medium white potatoes |
1/2 cup water, reserved |
8 ounces cream cheese |
8 ounces french onion dip |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
margarine, to dot |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Cook potatoes. 3. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of liquid. 4. Add liquid and remaining ingredients. 5. Beat until smooth. 6. Pour potatoes into a casserole dish. 7. Dot with margarine and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. |
