Simple Parsley Flour Dumplings |

Great on top of almost any stew or thick soup when you don't want to add pasta or rice to it. Wonderful on top of creamed chicken... Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour |
1 tbs dried or 2 tbs fresh chopped parsley |
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder |
1/2 tsp. salt |
3/4 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Stir together all ingredients but milk in a medium bowl. 2. Stir in the milk until the mixture is moistened; don't overbeat. 3. Drop by TBS onto hot liquid in large casserole and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes. |
