Simple Parsley Flour Dumplings

Great on top of almost any stew or thick soup when you don't want to add pasta or rice to it. Wonderful on top of creamed chicken...
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tbs dried or 2 tbs fresh chopped parsley
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup milk
Directions:
1. Stir together all ingredients but milk in a medium bowl.
2. Stir in the milk until the mixture is moistened; don't overbeat.
3. Drop by TBS onto hot liquid in large casserole and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
