Very easy to do; great results. Of course, you can sprinkle any of your favorite seasonings on the corn after buttering. Ingredients:
4 ears corn |
2 tablespoons butter (softened) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. 2. Remove husks and silks from corn. 3. Butter corn and wrap in foil. 4. Place on cookie sheet and roast for 20 to 25 minutes. |
