Easy lasagna (veggie) Ingredients:
2 cups macaroni |
2 onion, chopped |
3 garlic cloves, chopped |
1 carrot, chopped |
1 tbsp olive oil |
1 cup tomato sauce |
1 egg |
250 g cottage cheese |
40 g spinach |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta 2. Saute the onions, garlic and carrot in olive oil. 3. Add tomato sauce, cook until pasta ready 4. Mix pasta, egg, tomato sauce mixture, cottage cheese and spinach in pan. 5. Bake at 350 for 25 min. |
