Simple Mexican Rice

Simple rice recipe goes great with any LAtin dish!
Ingredients:
olive oil
1 cup basmati white rice
1-1/2 cups water
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 cup salsa (i use pace thick & chunky in medium)
1 teaspoon sabor con pollo (chicken boullion granules)
Directions:
1. Heat about 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a saucepan.
2. Add rice and garlic, coat with oil and cook about 5 minutes until rice is opaque. Stirring frequently.
3. Sprinkle Sabor con Pollo over rice, do not stir!
4. Pour in water and salsa, do not stir!
5. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat. Simmer 25 minutes.
6. Fluff after cooking is complet.
