Simple Marinated Grilled Chicken Breasts |

This is one of my stand-by dinners for when you don't know what to cook. Very easy, but good. (Guys even like it) Ingredients:
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
marinade (amounts approximate, i just pour or shake in to taste) |
1/2 cup soy sauce (i use light) |
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar |
1/2 cup marsala cooking wine (or use whatever wine you have) |
1 tbls. minced garlic |
2 tbls. italian seasoning |
1 tbls. lemon juice |
1/4 cup olive oil |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix marinade ingredients into glass dish 2. Add chicken breasts 3. Marinate for at least 1 hour or more in fridge 4. Take out of fridge and let get room temp at least 1/2 hour before grilling 5. Remove chicken from marinade 6. Grill over med heat, approximately 10 minutes on each side depending on how thick they are 7. Check for doneness prior to time (don't let overcook) |
