My favorite lazy weekday meal to cook. It's quick, it's easy, it's tasty... Ingredients:
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 lb ground beef |
1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes |
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1 tablespoon basil |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon ginger |
1/2 teaspoon thyme, crushed |
Directions:
1. add garlic and beef into a large skillet. brown beef. drain grease. 2. add diced tomatoes and sauce. mix well. 3. add all the spices. i like this with sliced black olives added, too. 4. serve on noodles. |
