Simple light crepe recipe Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
2 cups water |
1/4 cup egg substitute |
vanilla |
splenda granular |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Spray a skillet with non-stick cooking spray. 3. On medium heat pour about 1/4 cup batter on skillet. Cook till it has some brown spots on one side. Then flip to continue cooking on the other side. 4. Repeat with the rest of the batter. |
