I found this recipe on the back of a peanut butter jar. It can be used with any ice cream type. I prefer maple ice cream. Chocolate is also very good. Ingredients:
1 liter ice cream |
1 cup peanut butter |
1 9-inch graham cracker crust |
Directions:
1. Mix peanut butter and ice cream in a big bowl until smooth and all one colour (Electric mixer on low is best).
2. Pour mixture into crust.
3. Place in freezer and let cool until hard.
