Your basic hummus. Try adding a handful of black beans, spinach, or other flavors and spice to create your own unique taste! Ingredients:
2/3 cup tahini |
1 lemon, juice of |
15 ounces chickpeas, drained (garbanzo beans) |
1 tablespoon cumin |
1 garlic clove, finely chopped |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 dash salt, to taste |
1 dash black pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. 1. Just mash everything together with a fork, or use a food processor. 2. 2. Use on sandwiches, for dipping veggies, pita bread, etc. |
