This is so delicous and easy. You will find many ways to use it. Also very little clean-up! :-) Ingredients:
1/2 cup light mayonnaise |
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt |
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan. 2. Place over low heat and stirring constantly until heated through. Do not boil! 3. This is wonderful over vegetables or served over seafood patties/burgers. 4. This will serve 8 at 2T each. |
