Putting here mainly to determine nutritional info, but others might enjoy it. :) I like it because it's easy to prepare early in the morning to take for a satisfying lunch later in the day. Enjoy! Ingredients:
2 slices sugar-free whole wheat bread |
2 slices low-fat swiss cheese |
4 slices deli turkey, sliced thin |
1 tablespoon miracle whip light |
1 tablespoon dijonnaise mustard |
Directions:
1. Spread once slice of bread with miracle whip, lay cheese on top. Spead another slice with dijonaise, lay turkey on top. Make 'em meet in the middle and there ya go! |
