Ingredients:
2 large ripe avocados, peeled |
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice |
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt |
1 garlic clove, minced |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro |
Directions:
1. Place avocados in a medium bowl, and mash roughly with a fork. Add fresh lime juice, kosher salt, and minced garlic clove; mash to desired consistency. Stir in chopped fresh cilantro. |
