Just a very simple and mild guacamole. Ingredients:
2 ripe hass avocadoes |
3 green onions, thinly sliced |
2 roma tomatoes, diced |
1 lime, juiced |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mash avocado flesh until it has the texture you like. I like to have solid bits and mushy bits for mine. 2. Add green onions, tomatoes, garlic, and lime juice. 3. Add salt and pepper to taste. |
