This green smoothie is the perfect way of getting your veggies in the morning. You will be jammed packed with good nutrition and won't be hungry until lunch time. Ingredients:
2 frozen ripe bananas |
1 cup almond milk (or non-dairy milk) |
1 cup packed fresh spinach |
2 pitted dates |
1/4 cup of walnuts (or your favourite nuts.) |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until very smooth. |
