5-Ingredient Fix Contest Entry. I like this recipe because it is delicious and easy! Ingredients:
6 cups chicken broth |
4 diced chicken breasts |
3 tablespoons mild green chili powder |
6 tablespoons diced hatch fire roasted green chilies |
1 (20 ounce) bag simply potatoes diced potatoes with onion |
Directions:
1. Trim all of the fat off of the chicken breast; dice the chicken; put all of the ingrediants in a crock-pot and cook on high for 5 hours or on low for 10 hours. Or, cook on the stove top in a 4-5 quart pot on a medium heat for 2 hours. |
