Simple Goulash With Sauerkraut |

A small list of ingredients, but delicious. Ingredients:
1 large onion, chopped |
1 tablespoon fat |
1 lb lean pork shoulder, cut in 1 inch cubes |
1 teaspoon hungarian paprika |
1 cup water |
1 (28 1/2 ounce) jar sauerkraut |
1/2 cup sour cream |
Directions:
1. Cook onions in fat until slightly brown. 2. Add meat, paprika and water. 3. Simmer until almost tender. 4. Rinse kraut in water and squeeze out water lightly; add to meat. 5. Cook 30 minutes or until meat is done. 6. Add sour cream and heat, but do not boil. |
