Simple Golden Drop Biscuits |

These are so easy to make! Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour |
4 teaspoons baking powder |
2 teaspoons sugar |
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup margarine |
1 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Stir together first 5 ingredients. 2. Cut in margarine with a pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. 3. Add milk all at once and stir until dough sticks together. 4. Drop 2 tablespoonfuls of dough per biscuit ontp a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. 5. Bake at 450* for 10-12 minutes or until golden. 6. Serve warm. |
