This is a very quick and easy recipe for bow-tie pasta that's perfect for lunch Ingredients:
1/4-1/2 lb bow tie pasta |
2 fresh garlic cloves, chopped |
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
fresh basil, according to preference |
freshly grated parmesan cheese |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Boil water, add pasta to cook. 2. Pour olive oil into a heated pan. 3. When oil is hot, add chopped garlic and sauté. 4. When pasta is finished, drain and pour into a large bowl. Add olive oil and garlic, and toss until pasta is coated. 5. Tear basil leaves into small pieces and sprinkle over pasta; mix. 6. Grate cheese over top. 7. Salt and pepper to taste. |
