A very quick and easy, yet elegant dipping oil that goes great with crusty bread and salad, or pour over plain pasta for a flavorful dish. Ingredients:
1 cup packed basil leaves, chopped |
2 cups extra virgin olive oil, chilled for 2 hours |
1 teaspoon kosher salt |
3 cloves garlic, minced |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth and uniformly green. 2. Serve with crusty bread for dipping or over pasta. |
