This delicious fruit smoothie is an awesome breakfast treat! Health, tasty and very fruity! Ingredients:
8 blackberries |
8 raspberries |
1 cup plain/sweetened yogurt |
200ml apple juice |
4 strawberries (chopped) |
any other fruits |
1 1/2 cups milk (optional) |
Directions:
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender 2. Blend until smooth and creamy 3. Serve with fresh fruit or cereal. |
