Simple Fried Chicken

Soft juicy chicken-mmmm...
Ingredients:
3 chicken fillets
1/2 lemon
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
salt
thick greek plain yogurt
black pepper
Directions:
1. Place the chicken fillets in a bowl and poke at them with a fork so their are little holes in the meat.
2. Put a few dollops of yoghurt in the bowl with the chicken.
3. Then in goes the curry powder and salt.
4. Mix everything with your hands as if your massaging the chicken.
5. Leave it for 10 minutes minimum.
6. Get the pan ready with oil and squeeze a tiny bit of lemon into the oil.
7. Cook the filets until you think they're ready. Sprinkle pepper on top if you wish.
8. Serve with anything you like.
