If you are looking for a chicken recipe basic but delicious with some ice flavoring look no further than this. Tried this very recently just once so far and t is very good. Everyone will be pleased with this recipe! The herbs and spices included are fairly common and most can be found even in smaller supermarkets!
Ingredients:
1 -2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 -2 teaspoon thyme
1 -2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup flour or 6 ounces flour
1 egg
oil (for frying)
8 -9 pieces chicken breasts (what ever you want to use) or 8 -9 pieces chicken thighs (what ever you want to use) or 8 -9 pieces chicken drumsticks (what ever you want to use)
Directions:
1. Measure flour and put into a bowl.
2. Add the thyme, paprika, chili powder, pepper, salt, garlic salt into the same bowl as the flour.
3. Mix them all together well using a spoon.
4. Crack and beat an egg into a separate bowl/container.
5. Put oil in a wok and heat oil at a setting of medium-high or 4/5.
6. Dip chicken in egg then into the mixture. Do this to all the pieces.
7. When oil heated put in wok and cook for about 20 minutes.
8. Serve and enjoy.
